The biochemical incubator has a cooling function, and like a household refrigerator, frost and ice plugging may occur during the use of the device. Then, the problem is coming, why is the biochemical incubator frosting, and what should we do if it is frosted?

First, let's take a look at the parameters of the biochemical incubator. The temperature control range (°C) is between 0 and 60 degrees. Therefore, the phenomenon of icing is possible, for the following reasons:

1. The machine opens the door during the test and there is ice in the work chamber.
2. The drying filter fails to age and loses its proper function of drying and absorbing water.
3. When the compressor is under pressure leakage, the water vapor in the air is compressed into water and injected into the pipeline to block the ice.
4. After the refrigeration evaporator is broken, the water molecules in the freezer compartment are turned on for a long time, and the water vapor in the air is brought into the compressor together.
5. The refrigerant has too much moisture, and the filling will cause ice blockage.
6. The lighting work time is too long and the bulb is prone to heat, which will also cause uneven temperature.

To prevent frosting in the biochemical incubator, you can do the following:

1. Every time you use it, be sure to dry the moisture in the workroom.
2. Use it strictly in accordance with the instructions for use. Do not open the door during the experiment.
3. When the parts are aging or damaged, they should be replaced in time.
