What material is cost-effective for constant temperature ovens

When buying a thermostatic oven, we often hesitate over which material to use. First of all, let's understand what material the thermostatic ovens are generally made of. Steel plate, galvanized plate and stainless steel are the three most commonly used materials.
The full name of the commonly used steel plate is high-quality carbon structural steel, grade Q235, which means that its flexural strength is 235MPa, which is a good processing performance, excellent welding effect, but oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, wear and tear, as well as special electromagnetic properties of a poor material. Therefore, carbon steel is mostly used as the shell of the oven, and the outer surface should be covered with a rust and corrosion resistant coating through the spraying process.
Galvanized sheet is to prevent the surface of the steel plate from corrosion to extend its service life, the surface of the steel plate coated with a layer of metal zinc, this zinc coated steel plate is called galvanized sheet. The welding performance of this material is poor, and the welded part will be easy to rust because of the destruction of the zinc coating. The inner liner of the drying oven is mainly welded with spot welding, and the zinc plate can basically meet the requirements of use. Therefore, most customers will choose the economical and practical galvanized sheet as the inner liner of the drying oven.
Stainless steel plate is a kind of high quality processing material with bright surface, high plasticity, toughness and mechanical strength, resistant to acid, alkaline gas, solution and other media corrosion. Commonly used grades are: SUS201, 304, 316, etc. 201 corrosion resistance is poor, widely used as a cheap alternative to galvanised sheet. 304: compared to 201 more corrosion resistant, easy heat treatment, suitable for welding and not easy to heat treatment of products. 316: after 304 to get the most widely used steel, compared to 304 its better resistance to chloride corrosion. 201, 304 201, 304, 316 and 316 rust and corrosion resistance are incremental, but the price is also relatively large incremental.
