Explanation of relevant parameters of electric Vacuum drying oven

The electric Vacuum drying oven which is heated under negative pressure and constant temperature is called vacuum drying oven, hereinafter referred to as vacuum oven, there are two kinds of inner chamber on the market now, the ultimate vacuum degree commonly used are 1kPa, 0.5kPa, 0.3kPa, 0.1kPa, the highest temperature is divided into 150℃, 200℃, 250℃, the temperature fluctuation is generally in ±1℃.

According to the national standard of vacuum chamber GB/T29251-2012, the ultimate pressure of 0.1 cubic meter and above should not be greater than 8kPa after reaching 0.3kPa and keeping the ultimate pressure for 24 hours under the ambient temperature of 5-35°C. The maximum temperature of vacuum chamber should not exceed 200°C, the temperature error should not be greater than ±3°C, and the temperature stability within 24 hours should not be greater than ±1°C. The temperature stability within 24 hours should not be greater than 2°C. The maximum temperature exceeds 200℃, the temperature error should not be greater than ±1.5% of the maximum temperature, and the temperature stability within 24 hours should not be greater than 1% of the maximum temperature. Set the temperature below 200℃ from the oven door frame and observation window around 80mm and any other surface temperature should not be greater than the room temperature plus 35℃, the liner from 35℃ to the highest temperature time should not exceed 120 minutes, continuous working time should not be less than 72 hours.
