How to make vacuum drying oven last longer?
It is essential to use the vacuum drying oven to do basic maintenance, which can make the equipment last longer, and also play a certain role in improving the production quality of the product.

Basic maintenance and maintenance methods of vacuum drying oven:
1. After the production is completed, if the vacuum drying oven is not used for a long time, care should be taken to clean all parts, especially the oven door seal, to prevent aging. Close the door of the vacuum drying oven tightly, do not screw the locking device of the door too tightly to prevent deformation, and cut off the power and water sources.
2. In the case of long-term use, the box should be cleaned regularly. Please do not use liquids with strong acid and alkali strength to clean, just use clean water. After cleaning, you should pay attention to dry the water.
3. For the rotary vane vacuum pump, the vacuum pump oil should be replaced regularly, once or twice a month. If it is not used for a long time, the vacuum pump oil must be drained after the last use, and new vacuum pump oil should be injected before the next use.
4. For the water ring vacuum pump, the circulating water should be replaced once a day. If it is not used for a long time, the water in the vacuum pump must be exhausted after the last use. In winter, when the temperature is below zero, the vacuum pump should be pumped every day. After the water is exhausted, pay attention to whether the vacuum pump is rusted before the next use. If it is rusted, remove the back cover of the vacuum pump motor, and use a tool to twist the motor shaft.
5. If the equipment fails during normal use, it should report to the manufacturer immediately, and should not disassemble it by itself to avoid serious damage.
6. Common parts need to be replaced when they expire. If the vacuum gauge is damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new vacuum gauge immediately. The sealing strip is aging due to age and should be purchased from the manufacturer. After each valve is used for a long time, it will cause the PTFE sealing ring in the valve. Wear and tear, so that the vacuum cannot be pumped to a reasonable value, and a new air valve should be replaced immediately.
